Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel services, we request 24 a hour notice prior to the next scheduled visit at no cost. If the cancelation is done after 7:00am of the scheduled service, payment in full will apply. Please contact us by phone (512) 736-5237 to cancel scheduled service.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Holiday Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy for these holidays is: cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the holiday visit. If cancellation notice is not given then only 50% of payment will be refundable. We are closed Sundays therefore pick-up and drop off are not available, unless previous arrangements are made.
