LIABILITY
We realize that sometimes our little angels have a mind of their own. IN THE EVENT YOUR PET CAUSES INJURY OR HARM TO ANY PERSON WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IT BE A STAFF MEMBER OF IN BALANCE DOG OR A THIRD PARTY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE IN ALL EVENTS LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, INJURY, HARM, CLAIMS, SUITS, INCLUDING MEDICAL BILLS AND TREATMENT RELATED TO SAID INJURY OR HARM. YOU AGREE TO DEFEND IN BALANCE DOG FROM SUITS AND CLAIMS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY IN BALANCE DOG FOR COSTS WITHIN NO LESS THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE DATE SAID INJURY OR HARM WAS INCURRED.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel services, we require 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled visits. Please call our main office at (512) 736-5237 to cancel pet visits. If proper notice is not given the following charges will be incurred and must be paid before subsequent visits can be booked.
Vacation clients: $75 Daily clients: The cost of that day’s visit.
“Last Minute” booking fee (with less than 7 days notice): Vacation clients: $25 Daily clients: $10
Refunds / Credits
We cannot offer refunds for cancelled visits but we can offer credit for visits if cancelled with at-least 24 hours notice.
Keys
Please review and initial all key policies below.
I release my house keys to In Balance Dog to retain on file, in a secured location, for future services. I may revoke this release at any time, in which event my keys will be returned.
I understand there will be an $8 Fee if In Balance Dog returns my house keys after the current service is completed.
Both parties have read this agreement and had the opportunity to employ legal counsel. The agreement is the joint product of the parties and, in the event of any ambiguity herein, no inference shall be drawn against a party by reason of document preparation or drafting.
By submitting this form you are aware and fully acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding contract.
